Polyhedron Laboratories delivers a full variety of analytical and testing services including infrared, scanning electron microscope, video microscopy, liquid chromatography, molecular weight, thermogravimetric analysis, tensile compression, dynamic mechanical analysis, differential scanning calorimetry, GC-mass spectrometry, UV-visible spectrometry, energy dispersive spectrometry, nuclear magnetic resonance, capillary rheometry, shear and impact testing. Other testing includes refractive index, friction, gloss, wear, haze, dielectric breakdown and resistivity.

Polyhedron fully participates in the ASTM Interlaboratory Proficiency Test Program D-20 for polyethylene and multiplastics mechanical testing. Participation in both of their programs has occurred every six months. ASTM proficiency test results along with same day calibration records can certify our testing results under any degree of scrutiny. Polyhedron Laboratories prides itself in the calibration of instruments being done every tenth sample or on every job assignment, whichever comes first.
